Hey Sathiyaprabu!
Your CAT score is good but they may demand for more. Why don't you try for MAT exams in December or February and get a better score to get into the VIT world. Here your UG marks is not going to do anything with your MBA. They will demand for a decent percent of only 60% and above.

Even 55-65 percentile would be enough, make sure you attempt questions which you're confident and within shortest time to gain good score.

With valid CAT score, you are eligible for admission in all IIMs. You will be required to fill admission form in other non IIM colleges which use CAT score for admission.
