Dear Somya, In India more than 300 plus management institutes accepted other Management exams like MAT SNAP NMAT and many more, but there are a few schools are good that have very good placements. Top B-Schools accept other entrance exam score as well:
1- IILM University, Gurugram
2- Apeejay School of Management
3-Amity University
4- Asia Pacific Institute of Management
5- Indus School of Business Management
and many more
As per my understanding, students should select an MBA college with all facilities like IILM University, Gurugram has experienced faculty, good placement support, and a curriculum benchmarked against the best in the world. C

You will need a high CAT score. Anything above 99% would be good to have bright chances. Also it depend on 10th, 12th marks & GD/PI. So you will need a minimum 1 year of serious CAT preparation. With a score range of 97-99 you can also try newly opened IIM, XLRI, DMS IIT, KJ Somaiya, PUMBA, GIM, NIBM, NIT Trichy etc.

Hello Prashant Kumar, if you score well in graduation and also in entrance exam for MBA, I am sure b schools will not bother about your previous academic performance. So don't worry and do well in your graduation as well as in entrance exam. Best wishes to you.

Hello, A high CAT score will surely increase your chances of getting to a reputed college. However, you also need to clear the interviews since a significant weightage is allotted to them too by the college. Good luck.

Saurabh, I want to tell you one thing, if you are going to take admission In IIM, so first thing is mandatory is that you have minimum 50% in your graduation, and a good percentage in your academic because they don't consider only your CAT score, they want over-all a well groomed student, but I'm not saying you not try for admission and other activities which is involved in this admission process but If you have low percentage in 10+2, so make sure increment in your graduation percentage by which they consider you, as they want and according to their criteria. I hope you get your desired answer.
