Class 10th and class 12th marks are absolutely necessary for CAT exam. Your score, plus your academic average are considered together for determining your final score that decides who will call you.

Hello,
You have secured good academic marks in past, but colleges give weightage equally to every sections like marks scored in entrance examination, what/GD PI and marks scored graduation (weightage varies from college to college). To be in safe zone try to score anywhere in between 90-95. All the best.

An overall evaluation is done for selecting candidates at IMI Kolkata. However, with 75 plus percentile in CAT and decent scores in undergrad, you have fair chances of converting. IMI Kolkata has had an excellent track record of hundred percent throughout the years. Eminent faculty members from all over the world come to teach the students at IMI Kolkata. It has world class and ultramodern infrastructure. Students from different backgrounds from all parts of the country come to study in this college. Hostel facility is also present.
