The answer is both yes and no. admission to all MBA courses is entrance-based at all the MBA offering institutes of PU. While for an Integrated MBA, students need a valid score in JEE Main exam, admission to UBS and UIAMS is subject to a valid score in CATor PU METexams, respectively. Students who wish to get into the specialisations or courses offered by UIAMS are required to appear for PU MET exam and those who wish to get into UBS are required to have a valid score in CAT exam.

No, admission to the Institute of Management Studies, BHU, specifically for their Management courses, is solely based on CAT scores. The institute does not allocate seats for alternative exams such as CMAT, XAT, SNAP, or any other management entrance exams. For MBA admissions, appearing for CAT is a mandatory requirement, ensuring consistency in the admission process and aligning with the institute's selection criteria. Therefore, if you intend to pursue an MBA at IM BHU, taking the CAT exam is essential.
