Yes, since the syllabus of the Xavier Aptitude Test and the Common Admission Test are similar, one can prepare for both exams from the same study material. The students will have to study separately only for the Decision Making section of the Xavier Aptitude Test as this section is not a part of the Common Admission Test syllabus.
