Yes there are a wide variety of colleges which offer MBA without CAT. Those are mostly private colleges and some of them charges a lot of fees and se of them are quite cheap. And most of them offer good placement and Salary package.

For admission to the MBA programme, a valid score in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA is essential. If you are taking Admission in BBA B.Com B.Sc. B.A. B. Des, and Bachelor of Interior Design is based on the interview conducted by the Institute.

So I can clear you doubt. So for that if you clear CAT then you will get the best college over INDIA and about money if you clear CAT company itself came to you to give loan. Because after completing of MBA you will get a job of high package.
