There is no fixed limit to how many hours you need to devote to CAT preparation. This is because every person has a different learning pace. Some may have strong mathematical backgrounds, and the quant section may look like a cakewalk to them, but they may get stuck in comprehension. There is no restriction on how many times a candidate can appear in the CAT exam and an unlimited number of attempts are allowed. Similarly, there is no age restriction either. Therefore, you can appear any number of times for CAT. You can choose to do an MBA through CAT during any phase of your career. All you need to have is a Bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 50 % or equivalent CGPA or grade.

1. The candidate must have graduated with a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
2. Students must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Candidates who are SC, ST, or PWD, however, must have 45%.
3. If your university awards grades or CGPA, the conversion factor provided by the university will be used to convert into percent.

The fee for an MBA varies from college to college and could range anywhere between Rs. 13.03 Lacs and Rs. 23 Lacs.
