Yes, you have to apply for the CAT form again from the beginning even if you have registered last year also. Since exam score is valid for only one year.

IIM Banglore is expected to conduct the CAT 2022 this year. After the declaration of CAT results, candidates can get to know their overall CAT 2022 percentile . Those who are able to manage 90 to 100 percentile, can hope to receive a call from the IIM or from the premier B-schools of India to pursue an MBA . Every year, the CAT result will be declared in the first week of January.

Authorities have prepared the rank list of CUSAT CAT 2022 on the basis of the percentile index. Percentile index is calculated by using the given formula- [ (n+1-p)/n)]x S x 100
Here, n denotes the number of candidates appearing for the exam in a particular subject, p denotes the position according to the CUSAT CAT score and S denotes the actual score of the candidate. Once the percentile index is calculated, the authorities will integrate the Percentile Indices to calculate the relative position of a candidate in the CUSAT CAT rank list 2022 for a particular engineering programme.

With 90 percentile in CAT you can get admission in FMS. For SC category the criteria of FMS is between 50 to 80 percentile.

That is a splendid profile for good colleges. It is very hard for Iims to reject the 9-9 profiles (90% in 10th 90%in 12th). Adding to that is your work ex which is a major profile decider. Also, you have a decent score in CAT so you can expect good calls.

You might want to give private colleges a try. With a 19 percentile score let's be honest government colleges will not approach you however, applying voluntarily to a private college will increase your chances of not skipping a year and from there on you can work on building your profile for a good job during your master's programme.

CAT selection is based upon profile so if you have a good profile (certification courses, work experience, academic achievements, you will definitely get a call from good colleges including Iims and IITs). 10th and 12th marks are also major contributing factors to these calls.
