The minimum eligibility criteria of CAT is a Bachelor degree in any disciplines. So Diploma Engineering students are not eligible for CAT exam. You have to complete the Graduation first.

Hello Rashik. For giving CAT exam, you should either be a graduate with a minimum of 50% marks from a UGC recognised university or should have completed a professional degree such as CA/CMA/CS or a final year student awaiting final semester results. So you will be eligible to apply for CAT 2022. Feel free to contact me for more information. All the best !

The general eligibility criteria to appear for CAT is graduation with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA for general category students and 45% marks or equivalent CGPA for reserved category students. If you are from general category, you cannot appear for CAT. However, regarding doing MBA/PGDM some colleges conducting their own admission test where you may appear if they allows you but it's not compulsory. Try your luck. All the Best!
