The last date for registration was 03 february 2020, and it has passed. But, then to you can visit the website again and check if there is a further increment in dates.
The cut-off is not pre-defined at BIMTECH. It depends upon the quality & number of applications received and varies from year to year for different courses. Moreover, score of CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT is not the sole criteria for admission. The admission is based on the overall merit score which is calculated on the basis of different parameters and weightage. Some of the top colleges whose CAT cutoff lie between the 80-90 percentile are:S P Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) Mumbai - 85+ Percentile. Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar (XIMB) - 90+ Percentile. Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad - 90+ Percentile.

The candidates should have obtained at least 50 per cent (45 per cent in case of reserved category) in the qualifying examination. In addition, the candidates must have valid score of any major national level management aptitude tests such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT or ATMA.

It depends on the cutoffs of various University. But with this percentile you can't get any IIM. Aaj per previous years the average cutoff for any IIM is about 80 percentile, but you may get LIBA, Chennai and XIME, Bangalore.
