1. Shortlisting Process : COMPOSITE SCORE will be calculated with due weights to :-
a) CAT score
b) Past academic performance,
c) Work experience
d) Academic Diversity
e) Gender
2. Final selection : Candidates from all categories shortlisted based on the composite score shall be called for a Written Ability Test(WAT) and Personal Interview(PI) to a given location. The final selection will be based on the following with due weights to each of the components:
f) Written Ability Test
g) Personal interview
h) Composite score
i) Other Achievements

In order to be eligible for the CAT Exam, the candidate has to pass at least their Bachelors degree with at least 50% (for General Category and for candidates from the NC-OBC caste). For SC/ST and Differently Able (DA) candidates, the percentage required is 45%.
