According to my experience, it is not possible as BITS is a reputed college and they need high score. BITS MBA has no minimum score required. We shortlist candidates for GD-PI based on overall profile. With an excellent academic record, a CAT percentile lying on both sides of 80 should help you get a call.

I don't think that the CAT percentile can be of much help for admission into the Ph.D. programme.

If you want FMS then you have to clear CAT through merit then only you will get it.
If you want to do MBA then you can do it from any college.

SIMSR doesn't accept CET scores for its full-time PGDM courses. The CMAT cutoff is generally 97+ percentile whereas the CAT cutoff could be 90+.
