You could start preparing one month before as well. It all depends on the intensity and the force with which you practice and prepare. Ideal time would be 8-9 months before.

For candidates applying for the program from outside the state of Maharashtra, the applications can be made through either CAT , CMAT or MAH CET. Good luck!

If you appear for CAT in 2021 then your classes for MBA will start from 2022 onwards only. However, if you plan to do M.Com from 2020 onwards then it would be better if you do MBA in 2022.

Candidates belonging to the general category must score at least 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA to appear in CAT exam entrance exam. They must have completed their graduation by an Act of the Parliament or State legislature in India or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. Hold a Bachelors degree, with no less than 50% or equal CGPA (45% for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PWD)/Differently Able (DA) classification).

from this year onwards CAT would not give any separate weightage to acheivements through sports or any other things. better score between 94-95 percentile to be on the safer side.

Scholarship is given by the government, not by a college. There is no criteria for scholarship based on CAT/GAT marks.
