Hello,
It is impossible since there are few seats to apply for via the All India quota. And the CAT being a pan-India exam, its cutoff is very high i.e. 99.9 percentile.

As per the CAT-2019 Eligibility criteria the candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor's degree/ equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply.
