As I have said, definitely it is valid as Himalayan University is a UGC recognized university along with many registrations. It is not a fake university, so it's B.Sc certificate is definitely valid for CAT ICET and other entrance exams. Good Luck.

Yes, you can take admission in MBA without CAT but you have to give at least one entrance exam, or some universities also have their own entrance exam.

The minimum eligibility is that the candidate must have complete his/her graduation in any stream with at least 50% from any recognised university. If you have completed your graduation or are in third year then you can give CAT which is going to be held in November.

Hello there,
My friend, it is true that some MBA institutes consider 10th and 12th standard scores and performance along with that of graduation, and I think the thing that matters, is your 10th and 12th score and performance and not the gap, so there will be no problem for entrance exams which you want to give, and still if any problem persists then you can simply give an affidavit stating about the gap, so there is not any serious problem or issue about this, so don't worry, be calm and happy.
