Start your basic preparation by researching about these exams and checking previous year question papers. If you would like to prepare from home at your own then you need to work a lot harder in finding what is relevant to study as these exams are not just about attempting but knowing what to attempt.
In my opinion, being from Kolkata, you should enroll yourself in one of the coaching classes or may be mock test series which is a must. I myself did preparation from Career Launcher PARK STREET center. Don't worry, The prospective applicant must satisfy one of the following eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA programme. A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognised university. Focus on your CAT preparation.
