Yes, you can prepare from home and can appear for CAT. However, it would be quite difficult for you to get admission in IIMs until you are born genius.

It is not possible for you to get admission for CSE in any of the NITs. You can only go for other government colleges or private institutes if you want to pursue CSE.
If you want to pursue other branches then you can get admission in any of the NITs.

Hello,
With this score in CAT, you will still get admission in MBA colleges but the college will not provide the purpose for which you want to pursue MBA.
