You need to work hard and ensure that your overall percentage in B.Com is over 50%. Since 50% is the minimum admission requirement for MBA in absence of it will be difficult for you to appear for CAT. So please focus on your studies and get more than 50% marks in B.Com.

You have scored very less; you are not eligible for an MBA college. You need to score at least 70% to get admission in top MBA colleges.

Since you will be eligible to give your CAT exams in your final year, so it would be better if you start your preparation from the second year of your undergraduate study itself. For preparation, there are various books available in the market and/or on the internet, you can refer to those or if you need extra help then you can probably join coaching classes for CAT preparation.

Now, CAT percentile has raised to 84-85 for PGDM General. For Research and business analytics course and logistics and supply chain management course, CAT cut-off is lower.

I think you have very low chance of getting a call letter from BITS, Pilani because for this you need to have required higher percentage and you should have some technical skills that you are eligible for this.

If you are general student, then aim for at least 99% in CAT exam. 50% in graduation is required to be eligible and it will only be asked about in interviews.
