No, CAT is not necessary for an MBA in Hospital Management. Some institutions offering an MBA in Hospital Management may require candidates to appear for CAT, while others accept other entrance exams such as XAT, NMAT, CMAT, MAH CET, etc.

A candidate seeking admission must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university, approved by the University Grant Commission (UGC).
