CAT cut off for IISC is around 95 percentile. And apart from CAT percentile academic profile is also considered. At 50 percentile its going to be difficult to get into IISC - Department of Management Studies.

You have to get 99+ percentile to get interview calls. However, you can expect some calls as your profile is pretty good. Hope for the best.
