Candidates are short-listed for the PI stage based on CAT scores, academic performance, and criteria specified in Table 1. The minimum CAT 2023 percentiles for eligibility vary across categories. For shortlisting, the overall CAT scaled score and Application Rating (AR) are considered. Female applicants receive an additional four marks for Gender Diversity Factor (GDF).

In the year 2022, prospective candidates aiming for IIT Kharagpur's MBA programme at VGSOM needed to meet specific CAT percentile cutoffs, which were set at 90 overall, along with individual sectional cutoffs of 50 in Quants, 50 in VA-RC, and 50 in DI-LR. Similarly, candidates aspiring for the Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) programme had to attain an overall CAT percentile of 85, maintaining the same cutoff in all sections.

Taxila Business School accepts a valid CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/ATMA score for Post Graduate Diploma in Management+ Business Analytics. The overall cutoff for CAT is 25 percentile. Taxila Business School requires completion of Graduation with atleast 50% for General and 45% for reserved category as per AICTE regulations, to take admissions in PG courses.

You can get MBA at Taxila Business School with 75 percentile in CAT as the minimum cutoff percentile for MBA admission is 25. But get good percentile in management entrance exam is the first step in the selection process.Their are many factors such as previous academic performance, work experience, communication skills and interview performance that might taken into consideration for final selection process of admission.
