Yes, hotel management graduation level course can be pursued without completing B.Sc. But, for doing post-graduation in this course, you need to complete graduation in the same field.

The strength of girls are quite low in hotel management colleges. The ratio can be, if in a class there are 60 students, then the ratio would be 5:1, if there are 50 boys, then there will be 10 girls.
