The CAT exam cut off for IIMs is typically up to 99 to 100 percentile for general category candidates. For the reserved category students (SC/ ST/ PwD), the CAT cutoff marks are slightly lower at 97 to 98 percentile. As per last years CAT cutoff 2020 data, The CAT sectional cutoff and overall cutoff expected by the IIMs for the asked category are given below.
IIM-A : CAT minimum percentile
Sectional cutoff : VARC=60, DILR= 60, QA=60 and Overall= 70
IIM-B : CAT minimum percentile
Sectional cutoff : VARC=65, DILR= 60, QA=60 and Overall= 70
IIM-C : CAT minimum percentile
Sectional cutoff : VARC=60, DILR= 60, QA=65 and Overall= 70

Hi, yes, you are indeed eligible. But your diploma will be treated as equivalent to 12th and you will be given admission in first year of the course. Just ask your institution from where you did diploma to give you equivalent certificate. However when you join engineering, you are given admission directly into the second year of 4 year degree course. Best wishes to you.
