The minimum age to take admission in the Secondary Course is 14 years as on 31st July 2019 (born on or before 31.07.2005)

it is better to clear your 12th. From 10th onwards you may get Diploma but then to advance you need a degree which will be available only if you clear your 12th. You can see IGNOU/NIOS.
