You can give NIOS ( National Institute of open School) entrance exams to get admission in 10th. Its held twice every year that is April/May and October/November most probably. Secondary:
The minimum age to take admission in the Secondary Course is 14 years as on 31st July 2019 (born on or before 31.07.2005)
A learner who has passed class VIII and has valid proof of attaining 14 years of age can apply for registration to the Secondary Course. A learner giving a self-certificate "I have studied enough to be able to pursue secondary course" is also eligible for admission to the Secondary Course. A learner who had studied at the secondary level can also seek admission in NIOS either to complete his course or to improve his performance.

Rajdhani College is a constituent College of the University of Delhi. Rajdhani College offers Bachelor of Science B.Sc Hons), Bachelor of Commerce B.Com (Hons) Bachelor of Arts B.A. Hons) and B.A. Programme in various specializations. The duration period for each of the courses is three years. Admission in Bachelors Degree is done on the basis of marks scored in 10+2 level or equivalent in relevant discipline with minimum 55% of marks.
