If there was really a genuine reason for that long gap between class 10th and class 12, and it can be justified properly, ideally you should not face any problems as such.

The eligibility criteria for admission in JD Institute of Fashion Technology, Varanasi for Diploma in Fashion Design is that candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.

CS starts at the 10+2 level. Diploma in CS engineering is not considered to be graduate level. Now, you have 2 options- complete class 12th and do foundation level CS while simultaneously preparing for the exam. ( class 11th+class 12th)
Or,
Do 3 year (with lateral entry) engineering programme, and then professional level CS. See these links also
