Yes you can does Diploma in engineering after tenth grade. Its has wide network of future secured jobs. But at very first prepare yourself for the entrance exam and secure good marks and good rank in it. Best of luck

Yes, after class 10th, you can go for: Diploma in Business Administration: It will be of 3 Years. It trains students in key business principles and helps them master management skills required at function level. After your diploma you can go for BBA lateral entry.All the best.
