Yes, you can get admission in these colleges with this score. I will suggest you to go for PES College. It is one of the best colleges for architecture. Placement, infrastructure and faculty members are very good in this college.

You can't do B.Tech after class 10th. No college/university offers B.Tech degree for class 10th pass out. You have to pass class 12th for getting admission in B.Tech. You can do Diploma courses after class 10th, but not B.Tech or BE courses.

Well, as per your mentioned score there is a less chance of getting admission there, but you should apply once because you may get some branch irrespective of your desired branch.
