The eligibility criteria for PGDM in Banking& Finance is a Graduate Degree with not less than 50% marks, (final year students may also apply).
As you have not mentioned here the marks obtained at graduation level but if it is more than 60% than hope can be remains for your admission.

It will be difficult to get FMS-DU at this score. Generally CAT cutoff for general category for FMS is around 98-99 percentile.
