It's indeed heartening to see that you are still interested in studies in spite of 2 years of break after your 10th standard. Yes, you can seek admission for Diploma course in this college that you have chosen. This is a good course and I suggest you should take admission in this so that you complete your Diploma at the earliest. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this college and the courses that it offers.

Firstly, know that the true actors are born in theatre. If you really want to become an actor for the sake of art and not for money or fame, participate in a lot of street plays and dramas.
* There are many institutes for the same:
1. FTII-Pune
2. NSD-New Delhi
3. AAFT
4. RKFMA-New Delhi
5. Whistling Woods International, Mumbai
6. Delhi Film Institute, New Delhi
7. ZIMA-Mumbai
*Above all, love your craft and keep on improving your skills.

No, you can't get admission in MBA like this. You must pass class 12th, graduation and give an entrance test for MBA like CAT or MAT to get into a college. Only a few colleges in India don't conduct an entrance test for MBA. They are below average and very poor colleges. Rest all colleges conduct some exam. And yes, Graduation is must. You must have a degree in any field. Anyone can do MBA.

Yes, now that you have a BTech degree you are definitely eligible to seek admission in the management college offering MBA even if you have obtained admission for engineering via lateral mode. This is so since admission in 1st year and directly in 2nd are pari-passu with normal engineering course and hence you are equally eligible for admission in any stream of knowledge where graduation is the minimum eligibility criteria.
Best wishes to you for this admission.
