Hi dear,
To get into IIT, you need to first clear IIT -Mains, students clearing Mains are eligible for IIT-Advanced. Those who clear Advanced exam finally get into IITs. Its mandatory to clear Mains and Advanced to get into IITs. After 10th, you can start preparing for IITs by self or enroll into a good coaching institute.

Hi Dear,
You should prefer the university or institute which offers you good placements, good practical and industrial exposure and should have good infrastructure. There are different institutes and universities which offer such courses are Lovely Professional University, Birla Institute of Technology, KIIT University, Jaipur National University and a few others.

Hi, There are no such courses for banking at 10th standard. Banks generally recruit their personnel through IBPS. Banks have following three caders which they recruits through IBPS are clerical, POs and specialist officers. All these caders needs 12th, graduation and specialised graduation respectively. Hence you first complete your 12th for IBPS eligibility.

You will need to appear for CAT exam. The eligibility criteria is as follows:
The candidate must hold Bachelors Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates who have completed professional degree (CA/CS/ICWA) with 50% marks.

This number of backlogs won't be accepted. Even if a college does accept, visa rejection rate is very high. You can try some other country, check UK, Netherlands, France, Australia etc.
