Yes, you can definitely go for Diploma courses. There are a number of programs that are available. You have Herbal beauty course, Ayurveda beauty care course, beauty parlour course and many more. The duration of programs varies from 3 months to 8 months normally. You have institutes like Lakme, VLCC and Loreal and many more which offer various certification courses.

You should study NCERT for English, social science and Hindi and do read novels for English literature.

You will have to score more than 99.6% to get admission in IIMs. IIM-A is a top choice for management and it is not easy to get. So better aim for the highest possible marks.

You can choose any stream for your 10+2 on basis of your academics strength. It doesn't really have major implication as such when you pursue your career into Graphic Design, since it is a specialized course and you would need a formal training in it post schooling. Unfortunately, the syllabus systems for schools in India have not evolved as much that could aid students to explore other areas apart from Science, arts and commerce. MBA is a post-graduation course, so you first need to complete your graduation, and try to score more than 50% marks at graduation level. Prepare for CAT and try to score more than 95 percentile to get into any of the top 50 MBA institutes. To improve your chances in CAT, try and join coaching classes to sharpen your skills and also try and attempt maximum mock tests.
