Hi there,
You have quite good scores in your class 10th and 12th board exams, but as you haven't cleared JEE Mains exam so you will not be eligible for NIT or IIT, but you can easily take admission in private engineering colleges based on your board examination scores.

It depends on the caste category and the cut-off list of the college. There is no way of telling what will be the cut off of the college for a certain category. But, it will be more for OPEN and gradually less for others. You might find it at the college after there list is displayed. Just try to appear for the admission.

For the admission in IIMs, you have to score very good percentile in the CAT and then, you have to appear for the interview and then you will be able to get admission in IIMs. Yes, you can apply for the CAT.

By start studying today. Dedicate 7-8 hours of a day on studies. Join a coaching. Practice sample papers and keep giving same level exams to test yourself. Keep in mind there is no other option than working hard for the civil services.

The chances of getting an admission is very low because your graduation percentage is very low. It should be minimum of 75% or more to get an admission or atleast 65% to get an admission into a good college.
