There is no need to reappear for the exam. Class 10th percentage will not matter. Just get admission into a college and clear your concepts right from the beginning.

Score minimum 55% in your PCMB and you can do that if you aim for 80%.
The fees for AIIMS is variable but it is less as compared to that of the other institutions. As AIIMS is in top medical college list of India so its cutoff is high. You need around 97+ percentile in NEET for the same.
