But, if you go in engineering field, you need at least 55% marks, but these would not be enough to sit in an interview for some of best company. Every field has become highly competitive and there is a huge demand for talented professionals in every stream. You should figure out your interest and take up a stream accordingly.

Give the 12th exam once again. Don't worry, failures and success are the part of life. People do diploma for average jobs like 25,000 per month or even less than that. You can do diploma but better to give 12th again and move ahead in life instead of going back. Don't underestimate yourself and keep yourself confident. Life is full of ups and downs.
