I don't think that it is the right time to much worry about your MBA. You have just passed your class 10th. Think over your stream that you are going to take in class 11th. Make your choice wisely, because it helps you to decide your college and graduation stream. Which matters a lot (I mean really a lot), for your MBA admission. So, right now, just focus on your immediate target and make sure that you are a top scorer. It helps you to build your percentile for good B-School.

You can also complete your education after failed in 10th class. You can complete your education with the help of open school. NIOS provide direct admission for failed students in class 10th and 12th. NIOS motto is to help those students who are failed from regular schools and who are school dropouts due to their personal reasons. You can go to their website and check their the latest update and also you can go to your the nearest cyber cafe and fill your admission form.

No, you cannot take direct admission. You should clear their entrance exam and then GD/PI or other situation test taking by them.
