No never Akhil bhartiya open schooling is a NGO Autonomous body institutions for orphans children if registered by MHRD. But Not approved by COBSE & Any state/central Government education boards. Better option is NIOS Board & any state board Regular /private /open.

No, you cannot join Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law for LLB after completing 10th along with an open degree and PG degree. The eligibility criteria for the LL.B. (Hons.) in Intellectual Property Rights program at Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur are as follows:

NO it is impossible to get seat in amritha university they wont even allow you to border of the campus with this rank and with board marks you can't do anything that too 82% is not that good percent and no one cares about your 10th result the only chance is jeemains if you didn't get it try for another college
