No, you can't fill the form. As I have gone through the notification of AFCAT. It is properly mentioned about 10+2. But you can file an RTI because previously there was an option and now, they have removed that.

Yes, the 87 percentile in the ATMA exam is considered a very good score. Some of the top colleges accept ATMA scores for admission to their postgraduate courses. Some of the top colleges accepting 80 ATMA percentile and above are:

Yes, you can get admission to Rizvi College for Diploma in Computer Science after completing 10th. The eligibility criteria for admission to Diploma in Computer Science varies depending on the university. However, as per some universities in India, students who have passed the 10th level exam are eligible to pursue the Diploma in computer Science course. To get admission, the minimum marks should be 55% in the previous qualifying exam. One also must have a basic knowledge of computer Science application, programming etc. I hope this helps!
