Yes you can do MBA
The minimum eligibility criteria for MBA is a Bachelors degree from a recognised university with an aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST/PwD). The eligibility criteria varies from college to college.

You can pursue a Diploma in any stream that interests you: Electronics and Telecommunication Electrical Civil Chemistry Computer Science Petroleum Transportation Automotive Food Aerospace Eligibility Admission requirements include passing the qualifying entrance exam with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 50% in grade 10. On the basis of their grades in class 10, several institutions provide direct admission to students.

SEE first for your clarification. 10th and 12th scores don't matter when you are applying for not just IIM but any other college. What matters is what your graduation marks are. As I can say most colleges require at least 50% in graduation for admission. So, your answer is Yes, you'll get calls from Iims. Maybe not from the top Iims. But decent Iims will call you with the 99 percentile in CAT.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Yes you can get direct admission through Lateral Entry. Direct admission to Engineering 2nd year is possible through Lateral Entry, for Diploma in Engineering students. Students who have completed 3 years Diploma course can take direct admission in engineering second year. There are many undergraduate and post-graduation courses in India, in which you get admission through letter entry. For example, if you have done BCA you get admission for MCA directly in the second year. If you have done a Diploma or B.Sc. Then you can take admission in engineering second-year.
