Hopefully the exam of 10th are generally held in the month of February. As per my knowledge many of state board has announced their date in the month of February. For example Bihar government has announced 10th exam date from 17 Feb. Also, state board generally keeps their date along with the Central Board. So, if your State government has not announced the date than please wait hill the CBSE announce the date. And keep preparing for your board exam. Do the practice paper as much as you can. Good Luck.

If you belong to any state board or CBSE or ICSE or any other, just visit their office and know the detail. They will give you the form and required documents that you need to submit. Like affidavit, advertisement on newspaper for name change, father's supporting document with the name you want to have. That's it.
