Yes, you can get into West Bengal State University with 70% in class 12th. The university's entry requirements state that for CBSE/CISCE/West Bengal State exam boards, an overall average grade of 80% is required, including a minimum of 70% in English and Maths. Additionally, the University of Surrey's entry requirements indicate that they are able to accept 70% in the 12th board exam from the CBSE/ISC boards and the West Bengal board. Therefore, a score of 70% in the class 12th exam is sufficient for admission to West Bengal State University.
