As far as the B.Tech admission cut off scheme is concerned:-Passed 10+2 Examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.So definitely a person with 60% marks in 12th standard can apply in this esteemed college and further get admission.

The admission process in the Kalinga University is on the basis of the merit list of the students it's not too hard to get admission in Kalinga University but it's not too easy to get in also. University also takes its entrance exam names KALSEE (Kalinga Scholastic entrance exam), it is a computer based test which is conducted in various cities of India and other countries . A student with minimum 40% marks in 12th is applicable for filling of admission in Kalinga University so 70% marks in 12th is also eligible for the admission in the university.

The eligibility requirements for admission to the B.Tech programme at Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University (TNDALU) are as follows: candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with at least 70% aggregate (60% aggregate for reserved categories).
