Yes, you can get into GL Bajaj Noida with 70% in class 12th provided you meet the eligibility criteria i.e. candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent by the AIU or Intermediate or 2-year Pre-University exam conducted by a recognised Board/ University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject. Yes, you have a preety good chance of getting admission in SHSS Sharda University for B.Sc.  The eligibility criteria for most B.Sc. programs at SHSS Sharda University is around 55% or higher in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology/ Agriculture/ Mathematics. Therefore, your 60% score meets the basic requirement. Yes sure, you can get into Prestige university with 70% . It is a good percentage as the Prestige university only claims the eligibility criteria for admission is minimum 12th percentage is 50 . So 70 % is comparatively very good. But keep in mind that you have to clear some entrance exams which are conducted. The selection process is done on the Merit basis . The university is providing UGC (University Grants Commission) approved courses to students, making it's university  degree valid all over India.
