There are no eligibility criteria laid down by ETS for taking the TOEFL test. However, candidates are required to take the TOEFL test if universities, colleges, or educational institutions of English-speaking countries require TOEFL scores as part of their admission criteria.

With an 88% in your 12th grade, and an 86 percentile in JEE Mains 2024, you can get admission to CSE at SASTRA University. It's quite tough as the competition is enormous for this branch, but it is possible. The process at SASTRA is rather interestingly different: 70% of the seats for this CSE programme are filled based on a composite score comprising 25% JEE Mains and 75% 12th board marks, while for the rest, 30%, admittance is based purely on board marks. Congratulations on clearing JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. For getting Admission in IIT  Class 12th 75% Percentage marks in mandatory without 75% you are not eligible for getting admission in IIT. NIT AND IIT Both criteria is similar.

You can consider Christ University if you are holding 70% in Class 12, depending upon your course. More in demand courses like BA LLB or BBA is at the higher side. Yes, you can take up Non-Medical in 12th if you had Arts with Mathematics in 10th, provided your school offers the option and allows this combination. But sometimes in some schools, it might be possible to choose non-medical subjects even if the candidate is from the Arts background and has passed Mathematics in 10th, and the particular eligibility criteria of the institute. must be met. Always refer to your school administration or the board's regulations about the feasibility of this combination.

For most undergraduate programmes like MBBS and BDS, Yenepoya University does have some eligibility criteria which includes:class 12th requirements: candidates are required to have atleast 50% in physics, chemistry and biology in aggregate.
