No, you can't take admission to Sanjay Gandhi institute of trauma and Orthopaedic B.Sc. course without CBSE 12th.Candidate should be passed in II PUC /12th [10 Years +2 Years] with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as principle subjects. You must have passed the Vocational Higher Secondary Education course conducted by the government. You must obtain an eligibility certificate from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences if you have passed a qualifying exam other than the two-year PUC of Karnataka Pre-University Board.

The cutoff of the CBSE 12th is what decides admission to SRM Madurai College for Engineering and Technology.
