Yes you can definitely get into HIMT College (Hindustan Institute of Maritime Training) with 70% in 12th class. The eligibility criteria to take admission into HIMT college is : the candidate needs to have minimum 60% aggregate marks in the class 12th examination (Accepting exams are TNEA, CBSE 12th, Tamilnadu 12th). Apart from that, you also need to appear in IMU-CET entrance exam . It is a CBT based entrance examination. Tentatively, the forms for IMU-CET 2024 will be out in April 2024.

Yes if you score more than 70% in class 12th then you have to take rajiv gandhi university. the rajiv gandhi university is also CUET entrance exam for rajiv gandhi university. This is best university for any course . The 70% is in sufficient marks for doing graduation in rajiv gandhi university.
