No, it is a not possible to get  admission in B.tech with class 12th marks. You have to must give Jee main and Jee advance. If you want to get oriental university then you must score more than 75% in JEE main. Without JEE Mains you cannot get oriental university for graduation.

It depends on the course you are applying to. If you applying for and non engineering course then you can get most of them.But for engineering the eligibility criteria is given below: Minimum 50% in class 12th or equivalent. Math, physics, Chemistry and English must be your main subjects in class 12th.B.Tech programme in Computer Science and Engineering is typically around 75% in the JEE Main exam, for ECE it is around 70% of JEE mains, similarly it  declined for other branches.You can apply on the basis of CUET score also.
