Yes, you can get admission to NSB Academy with 60% in class 12th. For undergraduation course BBA you must  completion of high school education (10+2) from a recognised board or equivalent. For UG course B.Com completion of high school education (10+2) from a recognised board or equivalent, with a background in commerce or related subjects often preferred.  Scorecard of any Entrance like CAT, KMAT, MAT etc. and above 60% score in undergraduate, you can directly contact the NSB admission department. DY Patil University is a private university in Pune. You need to specify the course you want to know about. The eligibility criteria for different courses is different. Mostly, the admission to various courses is based on entrance tests conducted by the university. But generally the minimum eligibility criteria for most courses is 50-55 percent aggregate in class 12th or the same might be required in the specific subject related to the course. Yes, you can get admission with 60% but on the basis of 12th standard marks, it not enough to get admission. You have to attempt an university level entrance exam SLIET. This exam is based on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics which you have studied in 12th standard. The purpose of this exam is just to check candidates' knowledge. This exam will increase your chances to get admission in this university.

If you are able to score well in the CLAT, you will have a better chance of getting admission to GNLU, even with 60% in Class 12th.

The 12th percentage required for admission to B.Sc courses at Stella Maris College in Chennai is 50%. However, the eligibility criteria for B.Sc courses at Stella Maris College is passing 12th standard with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
