Yes, the student can give the improvement exam after 3 years from passing the class 12th exams. If you pass the exam in 2022 till 2025, you can take its improvement exam. You can also check the guidelines on the CBSE site.

The acceptance of an "Open Distance" intermediate (12th-grade) qualification for admission to colleges or universities can vary based on the institution and its admission policies. In many cases, colleges and universities might have specific criteria for recognizing open distance learning qualifications. It's recommended to directly contact the colleges or universities you're interested in to inquire about their admission policies for students with an Open Distance intermediate qualification. Nowadays, CUET exam is held every year for taking admissions in different government universities of Central as well as some state government.  So you have to secure good marks in their exam for the admission in Hansraj, based on the merit, students get admission in this college not on the percentage in class 12th. Few year back admissions were dependent upon class 12 marks but now it is totally on CUET exam.

No colleges/universities provide admission without producing an original TC. Sometimes you may be granted provisional admission and may be directed to produce TC within a stipulated time period. If you fail to produce it, your admission and year of study may end up in smoke.

However, the cut-off exceeded this in 2020.Conclusion -

It is difficult for you to get a seat in Delhi University with 73% in class 12 and 80% in PCM because the cutoff varies every year. However, you can increase your chances of getting admission to DU by choosing a less popular course or try applying for a sports quota or the minority quota, or taking the CUET exam and getting a good score.
