According to the NEP 2020, Board exams will be held twice a year from the academic session 2025-26. Students will be allowed to retain their best scores. However, CBSE is yet to release any official notification in this regard. Last year, CBSE conducted the 10th, 12th board exams 2024 only once at the end of academic year. In 2021-22, the Board had conducted the CBSE exams in two terms due to the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
