As per the eligibility criteria mentioned on the Law College Durgapur website, a candidate must have scored at least 50% marks in aggregate in the 12th standard to be eligible for admission to the BA LLB (Hons.) course. However, your aggregate percentage is 56%.
However, there is a provision for relaxation of the minimum marks criteria for candidates who have a gap of more than 3 years between their 12th and graduation. In such cases, the candidate must have scored at least 45% marks in aggregate in the 12th standard.

A Bachelor's degree from a recognised university is an essential police sub-inspector eligibility requirement. It can be in any stream, but you require a passing score of at least 50% marks. If you are not a graduate, you cannot become a sub-inspector.
